Scan the receipts to us or forward the pdf invoice and we will take over. If you wish, we can digitize the receipts for you.

Digital text recognition (OCR) reads the document and posts it. Our specialists check the posting. This enables us to achieve the highest quality and save you money and time.
APPROVAL WORKFLOW
Is more than 1 person required to approve an invoice? No problem for our electronic workflow. You decide who should approve which invoice and the invoice finds its way to the relevant person.
This allows you and your colleagues to check and validate receipts digitally - on your cell phone, ipad or computer.
